1.Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Upon receipt of your order and payment confirmation, we will complete order verification, product quality inspection, and packaging within 1-3 business days. For customized products, an additional 5-7 business days are required (details will be confirmed with you by customer service).

  1. Dispatch Time:

After verification, items will be shipped from our China warehouse via international couriers (DHL/FedEx/EMS, automatically selected based on the destination). You can track the logistics number and real-time status on the order details page.

2. Standard Delivery Timeframe

  1. Global Standard Delivery:

Estimated delivery is within 15 business days from the dispatch date (excluding order processing time):

  • Major cities in North America & Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Major cities in Australia & Southeast Asia: 12-18 business days
  • Remote areas (e.g., islands, rural regions): May be delayed by 3-5 business days, subject to actual logistics progress.
  1. Note on Timeframe:

Delivery times are estimated and may be extended due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other force majeure factors. We will coordinate with couriers to follow up, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping & Packaging Standards

  1. Packaging:

All loose diamonds/stones are packed in a pressure-resistant sealed box,  a brand card. The outer layer is reinforced with a carton to ensure safety during transit.

  1. Tracking:

A tracking number will be updated to your order page and registered email within 24 hours after dispatch, supporting real-time online tracking.

  1. Insurance:

All orders include basic insurance (for items ≤ $5,000). For higher-value items, you can contact customer service to add extra insurance, with the cost borne by the buyer (0.5% of the declared value).

4. Important Notes

  1. Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import tariffs, VAT, or other taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility (amounts vary by local customs policies). We recommend checking your country’s tax rules for jewelry items before ordering.

  1. Recipient Information:

Please ensure the delivery address, contact person, and phone number are accurate (preferably in English). If delivery fails or items are returned due to incorrect information, re-shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

  1. Signing for Delivery:

Please inspect the package for damage upon receipt. If the package is damaged or items are missing, refuse to sign and contact customer service (info@loviodoll.com) immediately—we will assist in claiming with the courier.

  1. Courier Options:

If you need a specific courier (e.g., dedicated lines), note it in your order or contact customer service; additional fees will apply.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by:
